All our accommodation is exclusively reserved for our Language School students.

Host Family (Homestay) - strongly recommended for language learners

Immersion in Family

Many of our students stay as paying guests with selected Irish families. We take great care in placing you with a family, as we understand that an enjoyable and effective Homestay will help you to feel happy and confident about your English course with us.

We regularly visit and inspect the homes, and make sure that you are placed with the most suitable family according to your age, interests, occupation and background.

Accommodation usually comprises a single room with good study facilities, heating, breakfast and evening meal. Most of our families live in the suburbs of Dublin on an easy bus or train (DART) route from the School.

Our selected Host Families will offer you a welcoming house where you will be able to speak English easily.

While you stay in a Host Family, you will be in a full immersion, making it easier for you to learn the Irish culture and to share in the life of your hosts.

Hotel and Guesthouse

Dublin has a large number of quality guesthouses and hotels. You may choose from the affordable bed and breakfast type accommodation through to top quality 5-star hotel accommodation.

We are happy to arrange whichever type of accommodation you prefer.

Self-Catering Apartments in Dublin City centre.

• We have beautiful, centrally located, self-catering apartments, either 10 minutes walk from the school in the Lesson street area or near the Guinness Storehouse. So you can walk to everything you need.

Facilities include the following:

Reception

Linen and weekly service provided
TV
Provision of household utensils, cutlery and crockery
Laundry Room with industrial washers and dryers.
Bedroom, kitchen, WC and living room.

Prices are €159 for a share room or €199 for a single room per week
These apartments are available during June, July, August and September.

• For all year around accommodation we have beautiful apartments located in Clontarf, which is on the north side sea front of Dublin, 20 minutes to school, 10 minutes to city centre.

Prices are €395 per week per room 2 people sharing (whole apartment)
285 Euros per week for single room.
